I’m Ram Katarmal. I work across product research, product strategy, and hands-on delivery in manufacturing, B2B software, connected hardware, and applied AI.
My background combines an MBA in Marketing with hands-on product delivery. I research users, define requirements, and make technical and commercial tradeoffs. Then I build by directing AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Kiro, and stay involved through testing and launch.

An agentic RAG product that searches a multilingual scripture corpus, performs multi-step research, and shows the original passages and citations behind every answer.
Built and tested
AtmaLoka is live with 100+ onboarded users who use it daily, and more than 250,000 searchable passages across 700+ texts. Its retrieval pipeline uses HyDE, BM25, multilingual vectors, rank fusion, and reranking, while a custom agent harness performs multi-step research with source-aware tools.

It has 22 document types covering sales, purchases, inventory, production, outsourced job work, returns, and transfers, plus separate company data, GST-ready records, E-Way Bill file export, reporting, OCR, an 18-tool AI assistant, and a WhatsApp assistant linked to each user's account.

A developer tool that pairs the two leading AI coding CLIs, Claude Code and Codex CLI, so a second model from a different provider independently reviews and debates the first one's plans and code, reducing the bias of a single model checking its own work.

A public MIT-licensed TypeScript repository and the published @codemoot/cli npm package, with review, debate, fix, plan, build, job, session, event, and policy workflows documented publicly. It has 78 GitHub stars, 5 forks, and 2,000+ npm downloads across 13 releases, found through Reddit and Google search with no paid promotion.

Built on Tauri with a Rust backend and React interface so it runs on the low-end shop computers common in the cluster, it works fully offline and uses the trade's own words, such as Jawak and Avak for outward and inward job work. It handles purchases, sales, job work, material changes from scrap to wire, production, costing, and printable records, protected by a SQLCipher-encrypted database and Ed25519-signed, machine-locked licensing, and covered by 260+ automated Rust tests.
